We recommend slicing this tart into small squares, and serving as entreè bite sizes or add to your favourite grazing board.
Our tart is a healthier alternative to the traditional tarts & quiches! Why? Because we don't use any short crust / puff pastries. Instead, the base of our tart, is layered with roasted sliced potatoes, then we've topped with layers spinach, kale, feta cheese and a creamy egg mixture! Slow cooked for just over an hour, this dish can be enjoyed cold or slightly warmed.
