We've sourced locally grown beautiful red capsicums from the Adelaide Plains,  and filled them with veggies, rice & herbs.  Then slow-baked in our house-made traditional napolitana sauce.   We've roasted some extra wedges of potatoes, to make this meal complete!


The result - a hearty, healthy, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, low-fat meal that is full of natural goodness, that is not only delicious, but good for you!

    Our meals are prepared in a kitchen environment that uses eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame, seeds, soy and gluten.  Every reasonable effort has been made to prepare our meals, to avoid cross-contamination. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of these allergens.

  • HEATING & STORAGE

    MICROWAVE

    • MICROWAVE SAFE container. 
    • Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
    • Heat in microwave for 2-3 min on high.
    • Allow to rest for 1 min.
    • Carefully remove film & stir well. Enjoy!

    OVEN

    • Remove contents from container & place into oven-proof dish.  Heat for 10-12 minutes on 180 degrees.

     

    STORAGE:

    • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
    • Freeze within use by date.
    • Consume within 1 day of opening.
    • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
    • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
    • Do not consume if seal is damaged.
