    Sweet and nutty, Butternut & Queenslad Blue variety pumpkins are the hero of this delicious plant-based & gluten free risotto. 

     

    What's our secret to a great tasting Risotto?  It all starts with us slowly caramelising leeks and freshly chopped sage,  untill soft,  followed by adding loads of roasted pumpkins!  We then gradually add our rice, together with our house-made vegetable stock, and stir slowly & simmer.   

     

    The dish is finished off with a sprinkle of caramelised pepitas, for a little extra crunch & sweetness.

    • HEATING & STORAGE

      MICROWAVE

      • MICROWAVE SAFE container. 
      • Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
      • Heat in microwave for 2-3 min on high.
      • Allow to rest for 1 min.
      • Carefully remove film & stir well. Enjoy!

      OVEN

      • Remove contents from container & place into oven-proof dish.  Heat for 10-12 minutes on 180 degrees.

       

      STORAGE:

      • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
      • Freeze within use by date.
      • Consume within 1 day of opening.
      • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
      • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
      • Do not consume if seal is damaged.
