Eat your greens they said! And they were right! We love including green beans in so many of our dishes - for their taste, their colour, their crunch, but most of all, because of their nutritional goodness. Beans offer a great source of vitamins A, C, and K, folic acid and fibre.
Have you tried our Sautèed Green Beans? Slowly braised in a roast tomato & garlic sauce, we've then added some hand-cut potatoes, and finished off the dish with fresh herbs!
Enjoy this dish on its own for a light lunch , or serve with your favourite protein, add some steamed rice & mix, or why not even top some with some feta cheese.
Don't forget to toast a slice of your favourite sourdough bread, to soak up all those juices!
