Our fragrant & aromatic Thai Vegetable Curry is so satisfying and comforting, packed with flavour, and a slight hint of chilli, for some extra warmth!  Served with a side of coconut rice, this dish offers so much flavour - you'll be hooked after the first bite.

We've sourced local green vegetables - broccoli, green beans, zucchini & spinach, and slow cooked them in our house-made Thai inspired coconut curry sauce. 

 

Offering well rounded flavours – spiciness soothed by the cooling coconut and set against the freshness of fresh coriander, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

  • HEATING & STORAGE

    MICROWAVE

    • MICROWAVE SAFE container. 
    • Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
    • Heat in microwave for 2-3 min on high.
    • Allow to rest for 1 min.
    • Carefully remove film & stir well. Enjoy!

    OVEN

    • Remove contents from container & place into oven-proof dish.
    • Heat for 10-12minutes on 180 degrees.

     

    STORAGE:

    • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
    • Freeze within use by date.
    • Consume within 1 day of opening.
    • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
    • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
    • Do not consume lid is damaged.
