Our Lentil Dhal Curry with Bombay Potatoes is so satisfying and comforting!  This dish is packed with so much flavour, with a slight hint of chilli for some extra warmth!

 

This dish is low in calories, fats and sugars, and is a great plant-based alternative if you are looking to up your protein intake, thanks to the lentils we've added.  Red Lentils are loaded with Vitamin B, folate, iron, protein and minerals!

 

Bombay Potatoes - so what are they? Well these potatoes are no ordinary potatoes.  Loaded with so much flavour & a little chilli for an extra kick! A traditional Indian style dish, prepared using potatoes that are wok tossed with onions and tomatoes, together with authentic fragrant spices such as cumin, curry, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, mustard seeds, red chilli , salt and pepper.

  • HEATING & STORAGE

    MICROWAVE

    • NOT MICROWAVE SAFE container. 
    • Remove contents and place into microwave safe bowl
    • Heat in microwave for 2-3 min on high
    • Allow to rest for 1 min.
    • Carefully remove film & stir well. Enjoy!

    OVEN

    • Remove contents from container & place into oven-proof dish.
    • Heat for 10-12minutes on 180 degrees.

     

    STORAGE:

    • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
    • Freeze within use by date.
    • Consume within 1 day of opening.
    • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
    • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
    • Do not consume lid is damaged.
