Our fragrant & aromatic Thai Vegetable Curry is so satisfying and comforting, packed with flavour, and a slight hint of chilli, for some extra warmth!

 

This dish offers so much flavour - you'll be hooked after the first bite. We've sourced local green vegetables - broccoli, green beans, zucchini & spinach, and slow cooked them in our house-made Thai inspired coconut curry sauce. Offering well rounded flavours – spiciness soothed by the cooling coconut sauce,  set against the freshness of fresh coriander, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

 

Our Thai Vegetable Curry will soon become a mid-week family favourite. 

Serving 3-4 people, pair with our delicious coconut rice to make this meal complete.

  • HEATING & STORAGE

    MICROWAVE

    • Container & lid are NOT MICROWAVE SAFE
    • Place contents into micowave save container
    • Heat in microwave for 3-5 min on high.
    • Allow to rest for 1 min.
    • Stir well. Enjoy!

    OVEN

    • Remove contents from tray & place into oven-proof dish.
    • Add a little water if you are wanting a creamier texture.
    • Heat for 10-12minutes on 180 degrees.


    STORAGE:

    • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
    • Freeze within use by date.
    • Consume within 1 day of opening.
    • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
    • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
    • Do not consume lid is damaged.
